Ah, Ninja Warrior… I should explain that a bit. Ninja Warrior is a TV show that James got Bill and me hooked on. Sasuke (as it’s called in Japan is explained in this Wikipedia page. Here you can view videos from last season. The videos will really explain the craziness of the competitors and their impressive strength and agility. The second video shows all of Stage 1. That season, only six out of 100 competitors completed Stage 1 and there are four stages. Video 3 and 4 show Stage 2 with it’s insane “Salmon Ladder.” It had both Bill and me questioning who in their right mind would come up with an obstacle like that. The last video shows some of Stage 3, which no one completed. I don’t really know why I like this show so much. The wipeouts and failures are both sad a funny, especially when the athlete has devoted all of their time to training for the challenges. The show began in 1997 with approximately two seasons per year, and the obstacles get harder each season. The American translated episodes air on G4. Anyway, if I had every talent imaginable like the questions asks, I’d like to conquer the obstacle courses of Mt Midoriyama and be a Ninja Warrior.
